Bara brith Berffro shortbread

Aberffraw biscuits, or Teisen Berffro is a traditional Welsh shortbread dating back to 13th-century Anglesey, often cited as one of the UK's oldest biscuits. They were originally made by pressing the dough on the back of queen scallop shells that were found on the shores of Aberffraw, Anglesey.

Bara brith Berffro is a luxury handmade all-butter scallop shaped shortbread with raisins, spices and tea by the Aberffraw Biscuit Company.
