Aberffraw shortbread luxury biscuit drum

Legend has it that Aberffraw biscuits, or Teisen Berffro, were originally made by the wife of a 13th century Welsh king; pressing the dough on the back of queen scallop shells that were historically found on the shores of Aberffraw, Anglesey.

Luxury handmade all-butter scallop shaped shortbread by the Aberffraw Biscuit Company, presented in a beautiful biscuit drum.
